Villa Ninette
Residential, Nueva Andalucia / Spain
Updated the living space area to include a larger open-style kitchen, enhancing flow and increasing natural light. Additionally, we integrated a striking bioethanol fireplace/TV feature. Capitalizing on the opportunity, we reimagined the spatial layout of bathrooms, the entrance hall, and stairs leading to the basement. Furthermore, we expanded the garden terrace to encompass a pergola complete with a seating area, and discreet amenities such as a beer-on-tap and ice machine. 240m2
Villa La Paloma
Residential, Nueva Andalucia / Spain
Complete renovation of this stunning 1100m2 villa in La Cerquilla. The project involved demolishing everything except the pillars and roof, resulting in a two-year endeavor. Open plan living area, 5 ensuite bedrooms, cinema room, entertainment area and spa. Renowned architect Angel Taborda, celebrated for his contemporary/modern style villas along the Costa del Sol for over 35 years, led the transformation with us. 1'100m2

Residential, Marbella / Spain
Total renovation currently underway, beginning with the basement, originally a sizable garage. Half of the space is being converted into a TV/guest room, bathroom, laundry area, machinery room, and gym. Additionally, the stairs leading to the upper floors are being opened up. 350m2
Dominion Beach
Residential, Estepona / Spain
The apartment underwent a complete renovation with Continental Design. Featuring a stunning view, one notable addition includes a jacuzzi/sun area accessible from both the master bedroom and living area. 250m2
Haute-Brise
Residential, Lausanne / Switzerland
The new apartment was designed off-plan, with a decision to create an open kitchen concept and adorn one of the walls with Italian Stucco, visible from the living room. Notable brands used in the design include Flexform, Ligne Roset, and Natuzzi. 150m2
